This article will discuss why borrowers may not be able to upload files into their doc titles
There are settings in the Send Checklist menu that may be overlooked from time to time. The Allow Doc Title Upload is one of those settings and can have a big effect on the access your borrower has in their link.
If your borrower is able to access their link but not able to upload into doc titles, it is likely due to the Allow Doc Title Upload checkbox when you sent the checklist. This controls the borrower’s ability to upload files. If you sent out a link to your borrower, you can still update this setting via the Sent Checklist menu. In your checklist, click the paper airplane icon in the vertical list of icons. Use the actions menu next to the link you want to adjust and then click the Edit button. In this menu, on the second page under the status field, you will find the checkbox for the doc title uploads.
Check the box, and then hit update at the bottom of the menu to change the setting. If you would prefer to also send out a new link and email, you can click Update and Send instead.
