This will discuss reasons you may not see doc titles that are otherwise visible to others
Checklist doc titles have varying ways of displaying in your checklist. Depending on your filters, you may or may not see different sets of doc titles. In the case doc titles are tied to a specific stage in your process, you also have to change your checklist view to see them.
If there are documents in a borrower’s link that you don’t see in your internal view, you can use the filters to find them. The most likely reason that the doc titles are not visible is that they are tied to a different stage in your process. To make these visible, you can click the View all filtering button at the top right of your screen in the horizontal list of icons. The view all is a toggle switch and can be turned on and off as needed.
The other reason there may be doc titles in the borrower’s link that you can’t see is your permissions. Depending on your group permissions, you may have restricted access to see doc titles. There is no filter to make these visible, so you will have to contact your site admin to have your permissions update. Once your permissions are updated you can refresh your page to see the new doc titles.
