This will teach you about updating and managing Sent Checklist links
Your borrower’s checklist link allows them to upload files directly into your specified doc titles, while also providing the ability to send blank forms and other attachments. You can also use the checklist link to provide a simple upload portal, without any specified uploads requested. In the case you did request specific doc titles, but are not seeing them in your borrower’s link, follow these steps to make sure everything is working correctly.
In the checklist you sent the link from, start by clicking the paper airplane icon in the vertical list of icons. This will show you all of this checklist’s Sent Checklists. In this menu, you can click the actions button next to the link you want to modify. Sometimes, you may want to check the borrowers view before making any modifications. To do so, click the “View” option in the actions menu. This will show you the details of the checklist link, and this is where you can copy the password as well. There is a button to the far right side in the same line as the password that you can use to copy it. Then click the Client View button to access their link. Paste in the password, and hit enter or click Login. Inside the link you can see your borrower’s view and confirm everything is correct.
In the case there are no visible doc titles, you can modify the link through the same Sent Checklist menu option. When you click View, you can see if there were any doc titles requested. If you are not seeing any, it likely means they were not selected when you sent out the checklist. But this is easy to fix. Instead of clicking Client View this time, you can click Edit instead to pull up the menu. In the first page of the menu you will confirm that there were doc titles requested. Take a look to see if any of the checkboxes next to the doc titles are selected. If not, you can simply check the boxes and hit Update at the bottom of the menu. This will update your borrowers link, and you can always confirm the change through the Client View.
