Where are my attachments in a Sent Checklist?

This article will show you where borrowers can find their attachments

Adding attachments to your borrower’s checklist link can make it easier for them to access all of the forms you may need them to fill out.  It is important to know where the attachments are housed in their link, in the case they have trouble finding it.

Let’s start by looking at the borrower’s link.  To do so, go into the Sent checklist area in your checklist.  This is found by clicking the paper airplane icon in the vertical list of icons.  In there, you can click view in the actions menu to find the password and copy it, then click client view to navigate to their link.  Paste the password into the field, then hit enter or click login.  At the top right of the borrower’s link, you should see the attachments button, as well as the privacy policy, add more, and submit buttons.  There will be a red number indicating the number of attachments next to the button.

When the borrower clicks the attachments button it will open a small menu on the right side, which will allow them to download any files you have attached.  If your borrower is unable to access the link or attachments, please contact your Cirrus support representative.
