Some users may be unable to preview files in Cirrus after December 19, 2021 update

After an update to our document viewer, some users are reporting seeing blank documents when attempting to preview files in Cirrus

Users experiencing this issue will see files that look like this when previewed:

In most cases, clearing your browser cache should solve the issue. You can do this by taking these steps:

PC:

In Chrome, refresh your browser window by clicking CTRL + Shift + Delete

In Microsoft Edge, refresh by clicking CTRL + Shift + Delete, and following the instructions

 

Mac:

In Chrome, refresh your browser window by clicking Command + Shift + R

In Safari go to Menu > Empty Cache, or hit Command + Option + E
