Responsibilites

Responsibilities denote what type of contact or user is responsible for items in a Checklist or eSignature document

Common responsibilities include:

  • Borrower
  • Bank
  • Closing Attorney
  • Title Company
  • Inspector
  • Signers (Signer 1, Signer 2, and so on)

To create a Responsibility, navigate to Administration > Checklist Setup > Responsibilities, and click "Create new responsibility"
