We have all forgotten passwords at times, and it is good to know how to reset your password in the case you do.
On the login page of Cirrus, there is an option to reset your password. All you need to do is click the Forgot Password button below the login area. On that page, add your email address and hit submit. This will generate the email, and you can follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
In the case you are not aware of your username as well, you will need assistance from a Cirrus support representative or your site Admin. They can access the user menu and provide both your username and a password reset if necessary.
