How to use the Portal in Cirrus

Cirrus has an tool called "Portal," which is a folder where you can store documents prior to assigning them to a DocTitle, or where you can upload docs that were provided outside of Cirrus. Also, when SiteDrop submissions are made, and files submitted are not assigned to a specific DocTitle yet, they will appear in the Portal. Here is a short video demoing the Portal!
