How to use Cirrus DocTitle Mapping to create your Checklist Templates

After you have added all of your Folders, Responsibilities, Categories, Processes, Checklist Types, and DocTitles, you will use the drag-and-drop DocTitle Mapping interface to create templates based on combinations of Checklist Types and Processes

If youTo start, navigate to Administration > Checklist Setup > DocTitle Mapping

  1. Select the Checklist Type that you want to create a template for
  2. Select the Process on the right side. You will see the stages listed on the right side.
    1. Note, if you are creating a Contact Checklist, then you will not need or be able to select a Process
  3. The left side of the screen will have the list of all DocTitles that you have created in your system, in the Folders you put them in.
  4. To find a DocTitle, you can scroll or use they key word search
  5. When you find the DocTitle or Folder of DocTitles that you would like to add to your template, simply drag it and drop it to the right side of the screen
     
    1. Note: If the Process you are mapping to has multiple stages, you can choose where to drop your DocTitles by dragging to the correct stage
  6. Don't forget to click Save! (And, save frequently)
  7. When you have completed your DocTitle mapping,  you can test the template by creating a new Checklist and selecting the Type and Process that you just did your DocTitle Mapping for. You should have a new checklist with the DocTitles that you put in your mapping

If you included documents assigned to Non-Standard Categories in the DocTitle Mapping, then those DocTitles will only appear if you add additional documents on Page 2 of the create a new Checklist screens.
