How to confirm a user's email was verified correctly

This article will teach you to confirm that a user has verified their email

Some new users may be concerned that they did not correctly verify their email address through the activation email they received.  As an admin this is an easy thing for you to confirm.

To see if their email was verified correctly, start by going to Administration > User Setup > Users.  In the user table, you can see if a users email has been verified.  Look for the column Email Confirm in the table.  This will show a Yes or No based on if they have verified their email through the activation link. 

This is also a good gauge of whether the user has logged in at all yet.  A new user will not be able to log in without first verifying their email.  If your new users have any issues verifying their email, please contact your Cirrus support representative for assistance.
