How do I zoom my preview in or out? What if I can't see the button?

This article will discuss the zoom feature in the previewer and where to find it

Previewing documents allows you to confirm that the files uploaded by your borrower are correct.  The files may be to hard to read without zooming in, and cirrus provides the ability to do this as well.

To open the preview, you have two options.  Clicking the eye icon will open the preview inside Cirrus.  The preview window will open on the right side of the page, and allows you to change the status, extract pages, and even rename the file.  You can also zoom in or out to see the document clearer.  To do this, you can open the full screen view, then use the zoom functions at the top left of the preview.

You can also preview the file in a new browser tab.  This can be done by clicking the square with an arrow icon next to your doc title.  Again, in the top left of the preview you can use the zoom features.

If you are on a laptop, you can also zoom in or out by dragging to fingers closer together or farther apart on the track pad.  Depending on the level of zoom on your browser, you may not always see these buttons immediately.  If you don’t, make sure to look for scroll bars at the top and side of the previewer to move the menu and your view.

If you have any trouble accessing or using the previewer, please contact your Cirrus support representative.
