This article will teach you how to use the Activity Log to find a users activity
Cirrus tracks many of the actions your users take during the loan process and their time in the system each day. This is extremely valuable for risk mitigation and audit purposes. There may be times where you as a manager, or as a user wish to look atyour own or another user’s activity.
Our activity log allows you filter the different user’s activity by date range, checklist or even by type of activity. To look at a specific user’s overall activity, go to the activity log tab at the top of your screen. You should see a search bar to the right side, and on the left, just above the table of activity, there is a show/hide advanced filters button. This opens the menu with the other available filtering options. Click on the User filter option, and in the list, you can select any user’s activity you would like to view.
Once you have selected the users, your activity log will filter down to the selected user’s activity. You can also filter by a date range for a specific time period, and you can even filter by a specific action to look at their use of a particular feature.
The activity log also has an export feature that allows you to export all of the data into an excel spreadsheet, filtered or all of the information.
