This article will teach you to remove a checklist from the archived status
Un-archiving a checklist can allow you to bring a deal back that was previously hidden or because a deal has no longer been postponed. You may want to un-archive a deal that was accidentally hidden as well.
To do this, you will need to start in the checklist inventory page. This is the page you see when you click on the “Checklist” option in the blue bar at the top of the page. In this page, you have different filter options that will allow you to see the archived checklist you want to bring back. You will want to use the “Status” filter. Click on the filter and then select “Archived” instead of active. Once you have filtered by “Archived” deals, you can then search for the deal you are looking for. Once you have found it, click the name of the deal, or use the “Actions” menu to open the deal. Inside the deal, you will see a menu on the right side, denoted by the vertical list of icons. At the top of this list is an “i” icon. This is your checklist information. It will show the name and value of your deal, and the closing date as well.
In this menu, you will also see an option at the bottom right that says “Next”. This will take you to the other page where you can access the address and contact information, as well as the deal status. In the deal status dropdown, you can change the deal back to active. Make sure to hit “Save” after you have made the change.
