This article will show you how to send individual links to different parties from the same checklist
While you may want borrowers to receive the same link, you may also need to separate the links, so each borrower only sees the documents they are responsible for. This may be to protect client information or be by request from the borrowers. In this case, you simply send separate links to each borrower.
To start, open the deal you want to send the link from, and then click the paper airplane icon in the horizontal list of icons. Once you have the “Send a Checklist” menu open, start by selecting the first recipient’s requested documents. Make sure that you select the correct set of documents for only that recipient, though this can also be adjusted after the link is sent. After you have selected the requested documents, click next to go to the recipient’s page. Here, you will add only one recipient’s email. Then, fill out the expiration date, password, and other fields through the menu, and send it out.
Currently, we do not have a way to automate sending to multiple different people separately, so you will need to repeat the process for each separate recipient. You can review all sent links from the Sent Checklist area by clicking the paper airplane icon in the vertical list of icons as well.
