How do I send a Checklist?

This article will teach you about sending a Checklist with Messaging Enabled

Go to the Checklist tab and find the checklist you would like to send

  • Click the paper airplane icon in the horizontal list of icons.
    OR
  • Click the "Send a Checklist" button that appears when you select your DocTitles

With Messaging Enabled, the Send a Checklist/Package window looks like sending an email. Don't forget your attachments! There may be default settings for reminders and expiration date. If you have permission, you might be able to change these defaults.

 

Alternatively, if you do not have Messaging enabled (please contact service@cirrussecure.com to learn about how to enable this feature), you will see the following when you send a Checklist or package:

Follow the prompts to send the checklist. You can add more than one recipient if you need, add additional party documents, which have been designated by the Admin Category settings, add or modify set reminders (permissions needed), and cc recipients.
