How do I download files from Cirrus?

This article will teach you about the download options in Cirrus

PLEASE NOTE: When downloading larger amounts of files from Cirrus, you may experience a short wait period. Once your Zip is ready, go to the Notifications bell in the top right hand corner of your screen to download your files. This link expires an hour after download.

Cirrus allows you to both send files via sending a Package or directly from your Checklist.

To download, select the DocTitle or DocTitles with files in them that you want to download.
With DocTitles selected, you will see the option to "Download" above the items in your Checklist
You have the option to download files with the original file name when the file was uploaded, or renamed to the Checklist DocTitle Name. And if you have a label, the file's naming convection will be:
1. DocTitle Name - Label text.doctype
  1. Example: Personal Financial Statement - Guarantor 1. pdf
Sometimes the file or files will download instantly, and depending on your settings in your browser, you will see them immediately in Downloads.
On occasion, if you're working with larger files, downloading may take a few minutes. If this occurs, once the file is downloaded, you will have a notification under the Bell icon. You can click that, go to the list of notifications, and click the link to download.
