Filtering records in Cirrus

The tabs in menus in the Cirrus navigation bar Activity Log, Sent Checklists, etc, have Advanced filtering options

 

You can filter by Label, Type, Assigned Contact, and Assigned User fields, by clicking onto each field and observe the options for “Blank” and “Unassigned”.

You can clear filters by clicking the triangle icon with arrows:

Key thigs to note:

- "Show only mine"  will display checklists assigned to you

- You can "Favorite" a checklist by clicking the star, and you can then filter on that star

- "Archived" checklists will have a status change. If you are looking for an Archived checklist, be sure to check the status

- The filters and Search bar will remember what you filtered or searched for last time, so if you aren't seeing what you're looking for, check your filters or that there is not a word in the Search bar
