Cirrus offers a Premium Edition Feature that provides customers the ability to set DocTitle Effective dates and/or Expiration Dates
To configure this feature:
- Navigate to Administration > Checklist Setup > DocTitles. View the list of DocTitles and find the DocTitle you want to apply Dates to.
- Open the details for a DocTitle that you would like to configure with an Effective Date, Expiration Date, or both.
- To do this click the Name of the DocTitle or Actions > Edit.
- Near the bottom of the screen, you will see new checkboxes:
-
Please note that you can turn on Effective Date, Expiration or BOTH. You can also configure an offset date for Expiration. This means that if you configure an Effective Date, and an offset of 60 days, then Cirrus will automatically set the Expiration Date as 60 days after the Effective Date!
-
- Once the DocTitle Dates have been configured, go to a Checklist and add that DocTitle to test your work.
See this video for details about how to adjust your columns in Checklist Details view.
Note: This is a feature available to Premium Edition Cirrus customers. Contact your account representative if you would like to use this Feature, but do not see it enabled.
