Checklist Template Setup - DocTitle Mapping

This video should help users understand how to navigate the Checklist Template Setup/DocTitle Mapping Screen

Navigating the Checklist Setup Screen

Left side:

This is your list of all DocTitles you have created so far. As you DRAG AND DROP them to the right side of the screen to be part of your Checklist Template, the list on the left will be shorter.

The grey rows denote Folders

Right Side:

The first grey rows are denote the Process Stage
The second, slightly-indented, denotes Folders

Mapping revisions:

To move a DocTitle that was incorrectly mapped, you will need to click the X next to it where it appears on the Right Side. The DocTitle will reappear on the left side.

From there, you can drag and drop it back to the right spot on the right side.

On Folders:

When you move only some of the DocTitles in the system to the Checklist Template (right side) that you’re working on, you will continue to see the Folder name on the left side

This is because there are still DocTitles in that Folder that have not yet been used in the Checklist Template.

If you use DocTitles from the same Folder in more than one process stage, then you will see the Indented Folder Header in more than one Process Stage.

There are SEARCH bars on both sides - type in the name or part of the name of a DocTitle or Folder you want to find

Also, notice the buttons to collapse or expand the list - this can help when managing a longer list of DocTitles or a longer Checklist Template. These buttons are denoted with double arrows up for Collapse or double arrows down to Expand.
