Clients utilizing Advanced/Custom Applications can now edit recipient information, expiration date, or take back a sent application
To see how to edit or take back an application, go to the SiteDrop (Applications) tab in Cirrus, and start a submission.
Under the Actions menu, you will have the ability to Edit the Application.
This can be useful if an email address was incorrectly-keyed.
Next, Send the sitedrop confirmation.
Now, you can Edit the Expiration Date
You also have the option to Take Back under the Actions Menu. This can be useful when a borrower is having trouble completing an application on their own.
