This article will provide information about adding notes to Doc Titles
Adding Notes to Doc Titles allows you to note information about approvals, track dates when time sensitive files were received, or add notes for others as they are reviewing the files.
To access Doc Title Notes, you can select the Doc Title and click the three dots, or click the Notes Icon in the vertical strip (which looks like two talk bubbles).
Type your note into the text field and then format it as necessary. After the note is complete, click the “Save” button to add the note to the doc title’s feed.
After the note is added, you can see an icon that shows notes on the DocTitle, and see the notes in the panel on the right. You can also use the “Edit” button to modify the note, and the “Delete” button to remove it.
