Activity Log - how to filter for administrative changes

Cirrus a robust ActivityLog that captures detailed information about many of the activities completed in Cirrus

You can see information about:

  • Sending Cgecklists/Pacakges
  • Administrative changes
    • When a User, Role, or Group is modified, detailed information is written into the Activity Log, allowing an administrator to query these detailed changes themselves through the user interface.
  • Logins
  • Much more!

Steps to filter in activity log:

  1. As a user with Administrative rights, navigate to Administration > Activity Log
  2. Click the Advanced Settings dropdown
    1. Here, you can apply filters for User, Checklist, Action, and Date
  3. On the top right-hand corner of the screen, you can click Export to Excel for reporting needs.

When any of the following updates to Users, Roles, or Groups are made, you will see that activity reflected in your Activity log:

a. create a new user
b. update an existing user
c. update a user’s role assignment
d. update a user’s group members
e. create a new role
f. update a role’s permissions
g. delete a role
h. create a new group
i. assign a role to a group
j. assign a user to a group
k. add DocTitles to a group
l. and remove DocTitles from a group
